Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials remain intact to guarantee a successful inspection.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans in Italy inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
